Adobo is a restaurant and catering service that provides honest, modest, and delicious Filipino-American food to the Atlanta metro area. When Mike moved to Atlanta in 2014 from New York, he missed the comforts of his mom's and titas' Filipino food from back home, so he decided to recreate their dishes in his own way. Through his passion for cooking and entertaining, Mike aims to provide thoughtful and delicious Fil-Am food and hospitality for the Atlanta community.
Adobo's approach combines familiar Filipino flavors with thoughtful and refreshed preparations. Whether you're a fellow Filipino looking for the comforts of traditional homestyle ulam, or a foodie looking to try Filipino food for the first time, Adobo offers something for everyone to enjoy.
